How do I become a verified artisan?
Download the NixxFix Artisan app, create a profile, and submit your ID and trade documents. Most artisans are verified within 48 hours. Visit our Become an Artisan page for full details.
Can I request a partnership or API integration?
Absolutely. Email info@nixxfix.com with a brief description of your organization and the type of partnership you're looking to explore. Our business development team will get back to you within 2 business days.
Where can I find my invoice or payment receipt?
All receipts and invoices are available in the NixxFix app under your Job History. If you need a copy emailed to you, contact info@nixxfix.com with your booking reference.
